Mark Fullerton is Chief Executive Officer of Leaf River Energy Center LLC. Mark joined the company in February 2014 and has previously held senior management positions in the midstream energy sector focused primarily on the development, operation and monetization of natural gas storage assets.
Prior to Leaf River, Mark was Executive Vice President of Peregrine Midstream, Chief Operating Officer of Merchant Energy Partners and Icon NGS, Senior Vice President of Lodi Gas Storage, Vice President of Business Development at Western Hub Properties, Vice President of Project Development Falcon Gas Storage, and has also worked as an independent energy consultant.
Mark began his career at Fluor Daniel, followed by a move into midstream energy at Tejas Power Corporation and Market Hub Partners as project manager and manager of engineering and operations. Mark also served as a board member of Icon NGS, Merchant Energy Holdings and of Red River Compression and graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
KJ Ko is Vice President of Commercial Services of Leaf River Energy Center (LREC). KJ has previously held various positions in the midstream energy sector and energy consulting companies.
Prior to LREC, KJ was a Manager of Trading and Commercial at Midstream Energy Holdings where he focused on trading and scheduling in Rockies and asset optimization of East Cheyenne Gas Storage in Colorado.
KJ also was a Consultant in Management Consulting Division at Black & Veatch Corporation where he worked on market analysis, natural gas storage valuation model, asset optimization, financial model, due diligence, and transport valuation model. Prior to Black & Veatch Corporation, KJ was a Senior Analyst at Lukens Energy Group. He has over 12 years of experience in the energy industry. KJ is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
Roy Furrow is Vice President, Controller & Secretary of Leaf River Energy Center LLC. Roy joined the company in May 2014.
He has worked in the energy industry since 1982. His career includes extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, strategic planning, treasury, acquisitions, and developmental start-up operations.
Roy has held positions at numerous midstream companies including Targa Resources LLC, Western Hub Properties LLC, Midcoast Energy Rources, Inc., Phibro Energy USA Inc., and TPC Corporation. Prior to 1990, Mr. Furrow was employed by Arthur Andersen & Co. and also held several exploration Geologist positions.
Gary Jones is Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations of Leaf River Energy Center LLC. Gary joined the company in 2014. Prior to Leaf River, Gary served as VP Engineering and Operations for Nortex Midstream Partners in a similar role.
Previous to that, Gary worked as Director of Commercial Engineering for Pivotal Energy, which is the business development arm of AGL Resources. As part of the business development team, he was responsible for examining opportunities for investment in pipeline and storage assets, as well as other energy projects.
Gary has over 25 years’ experience in the industry working at Nicor Gas and Aquila. While at Nicor Gas, he held various positions in engineering, rates, supply, storage, gas control and transmission, with a focus on underground gas storage. As Manager of Analysis and Structuring at Aquila, he was involved in the economic feasibility and development of gas storage projects in the U.S. and U.K.
Gary holds a B.S. degree from the University of Missouri at Rolla in Geological Engineering.
Mike Martin is Vice President of Operations of Leaf River Energy Center LLC. Mike joined the company in June 2013 and has over 25 years of experience in the oil/gas and power generation industry.
Prior to Leaf River, Mike was Regional Manager/Area Business Leader for Boardwalk Pipeline’s South Region where lead a team responsible for 600 miles of pipeline and 60,000 horsepower of compression moving two billion cubic feet of natural gas per day.
Mike brings to Leaf River a wealth of experience in development, expansion and operation of natural gas storage and gas transportation infrastructure. He is responsible for all field operations at Leaf River with an emphasis on customer service, compliance, HS&E, reliability and measurement.
